I got a call to and they stated I owe money from a credit card I had years ago.

They called my brother's house several times pretending to be a government official from a Civil Court in the Miami, Florida, area. Said that I was being served with court summons and I needed to call them back inmediately or face other consecuences. The name left was Melannie.

Called my job and stated she was a government official. . They told the receptionist that I needed to call them back immediately if I did not want to be served at work .

I just had a call too as well by someone named Angela Smith saying the exact same thing about they are from the processing department and wanted me to call them to sign legal documents or a signature of some sorts. They even called my cell phone and work place as well. this is getting really ridiculous

They called my cell phone, my parents AND MY WORK and said they were going to serve me with papers if I did not call them back. They said I was going to be served at work. These are getting out of hand. To call someone's work is out of line, but I guess these people have no morals anyway.

Called my work number and told our secretary that I was being served with a court summons. They told her that I needed to call them back immediately if I did not want to be served at work and would like to be served at another location instead. The name that the caller left with our secretary was Jason Craig.
