Got unwanted call from 888-269-8930?
Lady asked for me my first name, I asked who was calling, she identified herself as an employee of QSE and she was calling from a recorded line. I said i had no idea who QSE was, there was a 10 second pause, I hung up
Expecting a call from my financial institution I answered the call yesterday. When I answered I could here a conversation in the background in Indian or Pakistani. When caller's voice got on the line he did know my name, and identified him self as working for a collection contractor for the IRS, and asked if I had received a certified letter from the IRS. About that time I received another call so excepted new call knowing the IRS does not make collection calls, they send certified letters, and they don't hire collection companies.

Caller show a company that shows a total different number. Sounds like a scam exchange.
Calls often but leaves no message. Must not be important... I will be blocking.
