Got unwanted call from 888-288-9555?
I just got a robocall from 408.606.5775 saying my iCloud account was breached, and I should press 1 or call 1.888.288.9555 before accessing my iCloud acct or using any Apple products...I've never used iCloud and I don't even own any apple products... lol
A robocall scam. I did not answer but they left a message saying my Microsoft license key has expired. I don't use Microsoft products. They said my Microsoft products would stop working unless I called 877.585.7365. I filed a report with the FCC. Look, folks, it's all fine and helpful to report these calls on websites like this one, but you really don't do anything to truly help the situation unless you go to fcc.gov and file a complaint. It takes less than five minutes to file a complaint and when enough people file a complaint against the same company, the FCC will investigate and prosecute, and they really do put these people out of business when they do. They have proven results. Just not enough people file actual complaints. Let's shut down these people and others like them! Go to fcc.gov and file a complaint!
Received call from these scammers notifying me that my Microsoft Windows license was expiring and that I needed to call another number they provided to renew.
