Got an email with this number on it. They claimed to be PayPal saying I had a money request and to call the number
SCAMMERS. Bombarded with junk faxes, no opt out number. Avoid them and report.
They tell you your PNM bill is past due, and this is a cut off notice, they don't know that PNM doesn't have my cell phone number and my bill is up to date!
I am the owner of 888-342-3225. Someone is spoofing my number daily and have no way to stop it. The spoof caller makes it appear there was a missed call from my number. My apologies and even my Phone company can’t help me. Wish I knew of a way to stop it.

They tell me they can fix my payday loan problem, and even provide me with attorney representation! Just for curiosity I called the number back. All it did was play music. Guess they're sleeping in their country!
I just received the same e-mail. Called and realized it was a scam. Guy kept calling me asking why I called if I thought it was a scam. Blocked the number.
They emailed me. It said it was from 'Support Team' from my email provider. They claimed that my email had been compromised and someone from a foreign country was using my email to send out spam by the thousands. They were going to suspend my email causing me to loose my emails and contacts. This was to happen within 24 hours. In order for me to save my account, I could purchase from them a security code for either 5 years (around $50-$60) or a permanent one (around $110). Just changing my password would not do the trick they claimed. I suspected a scam and then hung up on them.
