Robo call fraud in my social security acct
Automated voice saying my Social Security number had been suspended and to press 1 to speak with an officer. Called ID shows Social Security Administration.
said suspicious activity on my social security number press one for further info
Robo call saying my Social Security number had been suspended. Press one to speak with an officer. Answer is "Social Security Officer". No such thing. Also, they called me, but ask for my SS number "to verify who I am". Slick presentation. If you get a call like this, hang up, and call the toll free number in phone book or internet.
I was told that my social security number has been suspended and if I wanted to correct it press 1. I did nothing and they hung up within about 5 seconds.
