I received two massages from this collection agency calling concerning a very Sirius matter concerning me, I call them thinking was my medical results and then i find out that is a collector by the name of Anthony calling from a collection agency trying put fear on me to pay a bill that was disputed. This company is in violation of FTCPA and i will make a complaint to the DAO and BBB also will call a collection attorney to hear the recording they are living in my voice mail. A collection account is not a serious matter according to FTCPA Regulations. BTW When i call him back Anthony said he is a supervisor and said no need for me to retain an attorney because i will be sue. Be aware, this collection agency is threating consumers to force them to pay a collection bill. Save all of the massages and make a formal complaint. I will!!!!!!!
They will help you get out of debt. After paying 1718.50 all together from Dec. to April they only paid one bill for 50.00 when I wanted to cancel they sent me 505.00 back saying there was customer fees, transaction fees. So they stoled 1163.50 from me. Also paper work that is not my signature on it. They wont tell me who signed it
Got a call from this number when not here. Recorded message must have overlapped my voice mail greeting as the only message left was "Call 1-888-407-8081 to claim your refund." Have no idea what kind of refund this would be. No company identified by caller ID.
Received a call . Just listen, advise a refund from Microsoft was waiting for me and gave a number to call for service.. Blocked this number on my phone..
