Voicemail received from "Jared" "calling me back" regarding new health insurance plans. Initially on home screen it shows as no number, then in messages it shows 252-253-6401 out of Grifton, NC.

Came in from a spoofed number. Carriers and FCC CAN block spoofed numbers they just chose not to.....unless you want to pay 3.99 per month per line anway. Thats what verizon tells me.
Left voicemail saying I had been pre-approved for health insurance and gave 888-472-1121 as the callback #. My number is on DNC list.

Call came in showing Private Number. Answered it but disconnected immediately. Voicemail was man saying I had been pre-approved for health insurance and gave 888-472-1121 as the callback #. He called from 12403450098 according to the header from my voicemail.
