It's the old court case debt scam. The folks on the other end can't provide a valid attorney registration, or a valid case number.
They have called several times, always the same message about Microsoft shutting down and wanting to issue a refund for service warranties. All BS. Some one needs to jerk their phone out of the wall.
I didn't answer & they left a message saying I had paid for something that I certainly had not paid for. Pretended to be calling from Microsoft "because it has been ordered to shut down, etc" Saying I was due a refund, etc. Of course I did not call or order anything.
