Who is Valley Heath Systems? They are scammers trying to con you out of MONEY, of course; or get you hooked into a time share arrangement you can't get out of. You get the idea. Cold calling scammers. Reporting to FBI.
They pretend they are making a third-party delivery for a major company that you may have ordered an item from. It is a scan They called herself retail direct
said they were from a bank but calling ID Sojourn Signs, when I ask about they said they didn't call under that ID.
I received 2 calls from them, no message left. When I called the number back, they said it was Academy Bank calling. I have an account with them. They knew my name and asked for SSN and DOB to verify identity. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFO, they are scammers. When I asked what was that about, said they couldn't say until my identity was verified. Called my bank, they said no one from the bank was calling me.
