The first message said I was under investigation for tax evasion. I had already filed my taxes, something I had done for past 30 years. One week later, he called and left message saying he was a processor server and could not locate me, to return call. I have lived at same address since 1990. Unsafe caller and number.

He called me, looking for Rebecca. I’m not sure who it was, so I called back to tell him. So as soon as I said hi mike, and then he hung up. I called back next thing he said yes what can I do for you. I said take my number off. Because one that’s not professional to answer the phone like that, and two I told you numerous times. He states well there is a summons coming out after that it will. I said no now. And he hung up on me

He called me talking this same mess. If he was serving you I truly don't believe he would be calling to tell you. I think he feels if he raises his voice that will scare you into giving him your information. They are scam artist trying to get money.

He keeps calling my number asking for my ex b/f. When I stated we aren’t together anymore he stated “I bet he’s sitting right next to you” I told him I would FaceTime him and he told me that he was going to file whatever lawsuit against my ex then and that he would be picked up tomorrow. When I just said ‘ok’ because It’s not my problem he told me that I would just have to talk to the judge at court. I asked him what I’m being charged with and if I needed a lawyer. Also side note throughout the whole convo it was a struggle to get a word in as he had his voice raised almost to yelling status. Scary guy. I contacted a lawyer and he told me to call the sheriff if he keeps harassing me.

He called my office, the Sheriff's department looking for me. I explained that I was a detective for the department. He explained he was a processor like the other complaints. He apologized and called me "honey"

"Michael" a "Process Server" has tried calling me several times trying to intimidate me into giving him information. I'm not hard to find, if this was legit, I'd be served by now.

They told me there was a claim filed against me and he needed a statement from me over the phone in order for me not to go to court. He wanted my information but I wasn't comfortable giving it to him on the phone so he got rude and said "okay we will see you in court then" He said he has driven by my home and I never answer the door (but someone is always home so this can't be true) I just said I don't feel comfortable doing business over the phone Im sorry. He continued to try and intimidate me and I just hung up.
