"Your insurance has paid it's share for Orlando Health's service according to your plan for [wife's name]'s visit on 05/22/2019 and $11.67 is due. For an easy way to pay, please go to [url] or call 888-561-6219." Name and date of service were correct, but $ amount was not, and eMSN from Medicare plus EOB from supplement insurer indicate that claim was paid in full month's ago.
They kept calling me and when i finally aswered they asked for someone who is not me so i told them wrong number. Tonight they called me again asking for the same person I told her to please stop calling me.
Associated with Orlando Health calling to remind me about the $20 that WAS NOT past due. Just calling to harass me every week until paid. Bill was already paid but this third party harasser didn’t have that information. Shame on Orlando Health for using these tactics.
This number calls before 9am every day. I answer and then get hung up on. Frustrating!
