I have received numerous calls from this number. The vm says Daniel Sanchez. I finally called back and they had all my personal info. They said i owe a bill from t mobile from 2004. But no one has even tried to serve me a court date like he claims. I asked where abd when is the date. He said the 27. But wouldn't tell me where. He said they don't wanna take me to court but would like to give mexa chance to pay the debt. I asked what kinda company thst serves subpoenas also takes payments. Its a total scam and this guy has all my personal info.
He said that Century Link is taking me to court to collect a debt for an account I didn't open on Feb 2, 2004 in Florida. The court date is May 24, 2019 and they tried to serve me papers. He said it was sent to collections in June 2013 because sometimes the companies hold the account, hoping the person will come back and do business with them again. They had personal info but this doesn't sound or feel right. Definite scam!
They called and my caller I'd said it was potential spam so I didn't answer. The voicemail said they have legal documents and to call back to avoid further legal action s.
This number has called 5 times in less than 24 hours about " legal documents that have to be delivered to avoid any more legal action".
Received a call from this number but it was automated. I called back only to be be in hold for an hour. It has all of the signs showing that it's a scam.
Was told I had a debt from 2003 from Sprint, they all my personal info. I never had service with sprint but said it was my husband at the time, that passed away in 2012, that opened itI never seen a bill from Sprint in all these years. They said they are serving me today and they have a court date on May 24, 2019? First I heard of it. Also Texas has a four year debt act that states you can’t sue after 4 years. It’s been 16 years! They tried telling me there is a reset to restart the time in debt.
When I received a call it was about a debt from 2003. When I asked for certain information or notification of demand of payment they told me is was sent out 45 days ago and to wait for a subpoena. Then hung up. Something doesn't seems right.
Robo call indicating that I have paid for technical support for my computer and they are attempting to refund my service fee due to a court order. No technical support was paid by me and no claim has been filed.

This company has called me numerous times over the past year. They claim that I owe money for some bill from long ago. I don’t know what they’re talking about. When they called me yesterday I let them know I knew they were a scam. The guy got very rude and told me I was stupid for thinking that, and then he listed off my address and said the police would be over. I’m still waiting.... The legal system doesn’t work like that. No one will call you first about a subpoena. You’ll just get one. I hope no one falls for this because it is a doozy of a scam
