I RECEIVED 1 POSTCARD IN MY MAIL REQUESTING ME TO CALL THEM TO SETTLE UNPAID CAR COVERAGE WHICH I DO NOT EVEN OWN.
I have received 5 or is it 6 letters from this scam, How many would be willing to join a class action suite against this company? I am going to talk to a lawyer about this and see what they say, Its time to stop these scams and put them out of business of scamming us.
Received a pink card with my vehicle's year, make, and model stating I needed to call this number in order to ensure I have no lapse in my warranty.
I received a letter from James Winters from Vehicle Services Division. He's harassed me many times with warranty expiration scams, especially since the vehicles claiming to be expiring, I have never owned. Watch out for this moron, because it's clearly a scam.
Letter from James Winters. No company name and information. Sent in plain white envelope. Central time zone.
Re James Winters Program Coordinator 1-888-582-6870 Send a copy of the letter to the FTC and your state attorney general otherwise you are just promoting more of the same. These letters are carefully designed to look official in order to scam people who are vulnerable and confused. The Sender’s objective is to collect your credit card information .
Got a letter today addressed to my father who has been died for over 4 years wanting the vin and mileage of a car they did not describe. I don't remember the last time he owned a car 7 years ago maybe. The last two cars he had were a 2001 and 2003. The letter was signed Mark Smith. Funny. What a scam.

Keep getting postcards. Tell them to stop and it does me no good. Want to break some legs. Hate these people. Someone needs to stop them.
