Called because I could not download the software I purchased. Their website was throwing server errors. Used webchat to try to get a link to download - all they did was try to sell me additional services. I finally stopped the chat after about 15 minutes and downloaded the software from CNET. Now they keep calling. Abysmal!
Unwanted robocall to survey about Sutter Health. How could a company that got fined almost half a billion dollars for its bad behavior possible get any worse? By robocalling its unfortunate patients, after 9 pm, too.

Caller ID showed the call was from Tomah Health in Wisconsin. The message left was a request that I return the call to evaluate a medical practice in Asheville, NC. I did not answer the call, and I have no plans to return the call.
