I had the same call on the 8th of March 2019. The woman's voice left the same message. We do not answer the phone until we see the caller ID or hear a voice of a friend.
I received a voicemail from this number claiming that "I participated in illegal suspicious activity." When I called back a man answered on the first ring, not giving the name of any company. When I proceeded to ask who and what he was calling about, he asked if I knew the names of 3 ppl (only one of them being mine) I replied no and he hung up the phone. I called back and another man answered. I made him aware of the rudeness that was portrayed in my earlier phone call. I asked him what the name of the company was and all he said was (G&E Associates) At that point I hung up the phone and blocked the number.
