ashley and toni shaw call my cell at 6am every morning and my employer 12 times every single day for the past 2 weeks stating that they would be moving on in the next step of the process which is sending an officer to my job for arrest if i dnt provided a prepaid card or bank account info. she was very rude she called my cell at 6am today from 866-885-8108 she then called my job from a private number she hung up and then called right back from 888-667-5710 i answered the phone and she demanded to speak to hr concerning my full name and last 4 of social and stated that it was in regards to a civil matter in which i allegedly owed a debt and that if it wasnt handled they would be sending an officer to my job to serve and arrest me for not setting up a payment plan or paying balance in full. i hung up on her and immediately checked my credit report and didnt she anything in collections from the company she stated i owed. she has been calling my job every 30 minutes and my boss is very unhappy

This number has called all of my family members leaving voicemails for all of them. The message is from Tiffany Brown claiming that they received documents under my social, and that they’re going to move forward with serving me. She lists my exact home address and claims to know my employer (I’m on SS-unemployed). Isn’t there some law about giving out personal info on voicemails like that? I have no outstanding debts. The number that calls shows up as Unknown, and will call 10 times in a row. Then this Tiffany Brown leaves the threatening voicemail with the number 888-667-5710.

Received several calls from an unknown number with instructions to call this number back. They say they will be forced to serve you papers in your county for someone filing a claim against you unless you immediately call them back and give them a statement. Process servers are not negotiators and they don’t call you in advance so clearly it’s a scam. Also I have no outstanding debts or other reasons to be sued so there you go.
