Warranty calls WON'T stop even when I opt out. When is something going to be done about this?
Calls from spoofed numbers. Gives 888-692-2718 to call back in case disconnected. They knew my name and car. Scam!
To Warwick R.I., left a message that it was Verizon calling to make an appointment to spend several hours at my home upgrading their equipment and leaving this number to call to make arrangements.
Called from a somewhat local spoofed number and gave this as the call back. Want to do car warranties and lots of info about your vehicle. We wasted their time and gave false information about said vehicle that isnt even in our name ????
Call bypassed phone and went straight to voicemail. Caller was responding to a real estate listing for our home in MA. Claimed to be an investor seeking properties to acquire. Offered “full market value”, no realtor commissions, all cash deal. I received this direct-to-voicemail twice.
they said they were wanting to refund money. not calling them back with my info
Caller ID said "Apple" saying my ICloud acct has been breached. I don't have an ICloud acct.

Car "warranty". They are basing my name and information off of another call where i told them it wasnt actually me. And gave them a load of BS. Opting out of these calls does nothing except disconnecting you so that the scammer is spared some time and not wasted when you know its a scam. Remember: the more time you waste with these people, the more lies you tell them, the less they want to do their jobs. Dont just hang up, spend some time making their lives difficult. You'll find you get less calls over time :^)
