I received 3 voicemails on consecutive days stating something like "An action request has been received by our office that will result in all of your bank accounts being frozen if you do not respond..."
They are still calling me and I need to know how to take legal action for harassment. This is just ridiculous.
They want your information without verification of who they are or why they are calling. They make threats of legal action if you are uncooperative. Sounds like identity thieves to me!
They refuse to disclose who they are or why they called, even after you tell them you will not verify anything until they say what their reason for calling is. They will also argue with you and tell you that you will be served if you don't cooperate. It is very obviously an identity theft ring.
This is a spam phone call. When it call it tells you that they have received you name and social security number and want to take care of things before it leads to legal issues. They do not leave where they are calling from or why.

Scammer acting like a debt collector. Incredibly rude and abusive language which should tip you off immediately that they are not legit. They said I was put down as a reference for a line of credit by someone else and they're out to collect the debt. None of this checked out, at all. Total scammer. Block number.
