Spam/Scam/Bullshit: "Hi this is Rose calling about your vehicle warranty. I've called you several times and sent you mail. Not sure why I haven't heard from you but we need to speak with you today to keep your file open."

"calling regarding the factory warranty on your vehicle" ---- false, scam, since I'm not eligible for any factory warranties.
Partial message.. "sent mailers to you, not sure why we haven't heard from you but imperative we hear from you today to keep your file open"....
They call me every single day! It goes to voicemail, and the beginning of the call is cut off, but it's something gas and power calling about your charges, please have your bill ready, call this number, here's your case number, etc. Defintely some kind of scam or fraud.
Robocall received 4 times over 2 weeks leaving voice mail messages with a reference number for call back. I have the caller blocked so that all calls go straight to VM.
