The number that called asked for my personal banking card that had nothing to do with why I was calling. I hung up and called back, only to find that it was for ticket reservation.

I keep getting calls from this number and then they leave a message (usually with a strong foreign accent) and ask me to call them back on a 415 area code number. I have never heard of United Layer. They have been calling me for months now even though I have blocked the number.
