Got unwanted call from 888-866-4261?
Same as other messages reported about auto renew of account I do not have and requesting call if I do not want to be charged. Just more scum with a phone
"Computer protection package will be auto- renewed as per subscription and your account will be auto-debited for $299. To cancel your subscription and to claim your refund, call back now to our toll free number 888-866-4261, I repeat 888-866-4261. Thank you." I received the above message on Thursday, July 11, 2019 at 2:43pm and on Friday, July 12, 2019 at 2:48pm. I did not answer the call either time but recorded their message. I have never subscribed to such a service. My phone is registered on the U.S. Federal Do Not Call List for what ever that is worth. This is obviously a scam. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM and if you have caller-id for your phone, do not answer this call in the first place.

They left message that I need to call about a $299.00 bill. If I don't call I will be billed.
Received the computer services call today. I don't have any such thing. Auto renewal at $299 or I can get a refund. I'm sure refund would not be mailed in the form of a check, but directly deposited into my bank account, once I provided all the information.
On July 8 I got a phone call. They said I ordered something and was owed a refund. I think it is a trick to get your bank account information. Please do not fall for it.
Like the other calls above, the caller said something about a computer subscription and claimed they would debit my account $299.00 if I didn't return the call. Since there was no company named or no specific target of the call, this can't be real. Will our so-called government ever actually do something about these spam/spoof/scam calls? I didn't think so.
Need to return call to (888)866-4261 to cancel our computer subscription and receive our refund or $299.00 will be debited to our acct...we do not have any computer subscriptions (did not return call-figured it was just another scam)
calls a number of time about 299.00 charge, I should to call the number to receive a refund.
Message on answering machine that subscription will expire. Will debit account $299. Call to accept or cancel. I do not have a computer subscription!
