Cyber security scam. They created a webpage to look exactly like the Symantec Norton page with a fake login. When unable to login to Symantac the next page give the number 888-883-6222 for "Norton technical support." They then try to sell fake cyber security plans, which are no more than the already installed Norton protection, and scan your computer with open source malware removal software.
Call offering refund on computer security subscription recently paid for. Going out of business. Press 1 if want a refund; Press 2 if refund received; Press 3 if don't want refund. Press 4 if want to be placed on DNC list. They are RELENTLESS and have reported to FTC multiple times.
It is a mortgage scam. Call from "Steve" saying how return call is imperative to reduce my mortgage that I don't have. I call back and a "Charles" answered. I demand to speak to Steve. He says they work with him but he needs to ask me a few questions first. He hangs up I call back. Same guy answers. He says he is from Mortgage Services in San Diego. Then he hung up again.
