As a shop; we rely on authentic callers, allowing us to address the needs of customers. The caller CHOSE not to respond to greeting; I do not repeat the greeting; too much risk in doing so; therefore, I hang up.
I told them to stop calling me and this dumbass has called me 6 times in a row I had to block them. Now i will file with the fcc and a lawyer for a lawsuit.

(888)905-9080KENNETH B. EMERY MARJORIE R. EMERY 5913 S. DESERT LAKES DR. FORT MOJAVE, AZ. 86426 (928) 768 - 4744 Mr. JinGui Sun, CEO May 11, 2019 American Modern Realty Re: AMR-10257 111 Battery Pl, Lower Manhattan Emery Contract New York, NY 10280 Dear Mr. Sun, Please be advised, again, that the Emery’s are unable to meet the demands of American Modern Realty, and the Mexican government, in securing funds to cover the requested $35,834.44 for Mexican Federal Income Taxes generated by the potential sale of the Vidanta vacation property in Nuevo Vallarta, Mexico. As you are well aware, the Emery’s have secured funds to cover over $50,000 in payments for a T.I.N., various taxes, legal and processing fees, custom duties, a BBVA Bancomer bond, etc. when we were told initially by Mr. Martin Hoffman, on or about Jan. 18, 2019, that “No monies would need to come out of our pockets”. In order to facilitate these requested payments, we have had to take out several loans, and the payments are now coming due, and some already have. We know that we won’t be able to cover these payments in the long term, and may have to file for bankruptcy. We feel that American Modern Realty has gotten us into this situation, and are the only ones that can get us out of it, as we have exhausted all of our possibilities for obtaining any more credit, and have watched our credit ratings diminish accordingly. If AMR cannot figure out a way to get us out of this situation, then we would like you to put this process in “Reverse”, and have AMR and/or the Mexican government, and BBVA Bancomer start repaying every penny that we have put into AMR-10257, and your “Sellers Net Sheet“ of May 07, 2019 may not be entirely correct, as there are some wire transfer fees, loan origination fees, interest charges, etc. that were not included on this list. If one or the other of these solutions cannot be achieved, then we will seek alternative pursuits. Sincerely, Kenneth B. and Marjorie R. Emery
