Constantly calling my husband's cell phone. Do not like, nor appreciate badgering calls
received a voicemail - This is Shanika calling to follow up on a recent survey that you submitted about your experience with Comact. We would appreciate the opportunity to gain some additional insight about your experience. Please call 888-262-9704 if you would like to discuss further, we can be reached Monday through Saturday 9 to 8 and 10 to 6 on Sundays. I did respond to a survey after a recent call to customer service, so I suspect this call is legitimate.
I have gotten 5-10 calls a day from this number. 7:30am all the way until 9:30pm. They never leave a message, and I've never answered. When the internet told me it was Xfinity, I checked my account. Everything was fine. I blocked them, but this is the most calls I've ever gotten from a scammer!!!!!
I indicate spam but most likely fraud. I answered and a recording started about an appointment time for service. We do not have any connection with Xfinity or comcast, Just hung up and blocked number. We are in Louisiana
Keep getting calls from 888-934-6489. My unknown number app is blocking it, but they won’t stop calling!
Recording says Xfinity bill, but we don’t even have Xfinity available where I live.
