I received an email saying I ordered a phone from Amazon and it was ready to ship. I did not place an order. This phone # 888-965-0912 was listed on the email as Team Amazon. I called and got a computer voice, then hung up.
saying they were from Amazon.US. and I ordered a phone and was getting ready to be shipped. Did not order.
There wasn't a choice for the problem I've experienced. The caller claims to be with Dell Technical Support. Strange that they call right after my computer locks up. This has happened before. We called the REAL support number. They DO NOT call the customer. Beware!! They are trying to access your computer to get to ALL your personal information.

I received an email saying I ordered a phone from Amazon and it was already shipped , but I did not place an order. I called the number on email 888-965-0912 and the guy answered saying it was Amazon Fraud detection. I quickly hung up presuming this was a scam or some sort.
