LIFE ALARM DIRECT -- Called my elderly mother and were able to get her credit card info for a service she didn't need or want. They now refuse to cancel the service, and I've had to get the credit card involved to stop charges.
Scammed out of $$$$$$. Family member not paying attention answered phone. Caller ID showed 888-999-4815. Called them back. "Direct TV. We are located in the Phillipines and a part of AT&T."
caller said he was from direct tv and they have to install new boxes for $199 or my directv will be gone in 2 days. we don't even have directv
Called my elderly grandparent and was able to get credit card information; said they were life alarm.
They called my elderly father and were able to get his bank account information.

Called Direct TV due to service disconnected. Was sent over to someone speaking broken English and told us it was just an error ,but wouldn't turn our service back on unless we paid with a credit card. We have autopay comes out on the 26th of every month.Definitely FRAUD!
