Received a call about my husband and they have contacted my sick mother in law saying they need to find my husband about a case. We checked and there are no cases against him. They won't stop.
Yes on December 3, 2020 I just received a call about some papers coming out to me. And that I needs to call a number and get more info. They where informed to call me before they issue the paper to me.
A person named "John Green" who says he is a TN state compliance officer keeps calling and harrassing me to about a case and needing to serve me. There is NO case for me. I have nothing wrong and have no outstanding debts. He is using scare tactics to try and get me to call a 855 number. And now he is harrassing my sister and other family member. I have called the local courts and there is nothing attached to me. I have tried to find him and his title, and there is no such person. This is a scam but they won't stop calling.
