"Out of Area" called ... lots of background noise. Although I didn't recognize the number, I answered prepared to blow a police whistle in their ear. Female voice asked to speak to 'Nicky.' I told them "wrong number" and they hung up. No evidence of being a robocall as previously reported. Just a group of idiots harassing people.
