i looked up the number and found this site so i blocked it. i would answer without saying anything as well and if there's no reply it's a bot.
I received a call and answered, but I hung up without saying anything. I blocked the number after doing an online search that resulted in finding out it is a robocaller scam.
I don't know who this person is...he keeps on texting me, and he suddenly has my name. He first text me thinking he met me at Texas Roadhouse, and text me "happy birthday Samantha" I thought this was odd but figured another girl named Samantha gave him the wrong number. When I told him he had the wrong number he asked if I was Samantha Adams....I said no, then asked if it was Samantha Paige...he told me his name, I have no idea who he is or why he won't stop texting me and I have NO idea how he knows my actual name!

Wanted me to confirm my last 4 digits of my social & when I started asking a lot of questions they hung up on me so I blocked the number. I called them back and the guy got really rude so I let him know I was reporting him to the fraud department.
