Lady with Australian accent said she was a "registrar" and wanted to offer an open source programming book (I think) and mentioned my work email and wanted to know if I was still a programmer. Then she said a bunch of stuff I didn't understand due to accent. I said I wasn't interested and hung up and blocked the number. They call like 3 times a week.
