I got a call from (904) 474-0331 telling me “attemps to contact you regarding some allegations that were filed against you in my office unfortunately if I do not have a return call by the close of business today all documents will be forwarded out for processing I can be reached directly at 1-833-669-1546 thank you…” a company pretending to be a law firm.
I received a phone call from this number, the caller said they were from "locations" and to call 1-844-417-4646, gave me a case number. I called the number and spoke with different people, it was for a debt that was paid through a consolidation service. They were very persistent and threatened to take me to court unless I agreed right then and there to pay with a card. The person I spoke with said they were a lawyer's office but lawyers don't generally take bribes to keep cases out of court. I called my debt consolidation service and they are working on resolving this case for me.

Got a call from this number threatening legal action. Also called family members threatening. Against fdic and fair credit practices
Constant do you want to sell your house, do you want to sell your house, do you want to sell your house? Always a spoofed #. Last guy said he was in AZ but used a local fone #. Other's spoofed their #'s and gave different locations for the same spoofed #. Told the guy in AZ, who said I just talked to his partner a few minutes ago (which I didn't), that everytime they call the price goes up. AZ guy had the wrong street name. So if I talked to his partner he'd have the correct street name.
