Called about new and improved mortgage rates. Very rude to be hung up on.
the caller from phone number (904) 682-9393 when told to put number on the do not call list for the 3rd time he responded "are you asking me or telling me." My husband told him he could take it how he wanted to just don't call any more, he had received seven calls the day before and asked to not be called again. The agent hung up and called back again, my husband asked to speak to his supervisor. He introduced himself as Frank, he told my husband he had to put in two numbers then rattled off three additional numbers. My husband said he had put in the numbers he gave but it was more than two. The agent then asked my husband if he had his phone in his hand, my husband responded that he had put in the numbers. At that point the agent laughed and told my husband to shove it up his "ass". He then hung up we were unable to get anyone to answer the phone.
