i called this number after looking up on google for hp laptop support...i got on the line with someone that had a heavy accent; i think Indian. I could faintly hear other people in the background like a call center. He kept talking about "we'll fix it properly," and "we get 3 -4 calls an hour on this same problem. They told me it was my network being hacked and he wanted to have me get another computer to be walked through installing security on my computer. i won't say what gave him away but i hung up. HP computers use tones and beeping to tell you if something is wrong, so many long or short beeps means something different, well he was sitting there telling me i had to install his software....it turns out it beeps so many times before displaying on the screen what's wrong. Turns out my C-pap machine power & my computer's power plug in's both fit my computer, it was only beeping like that because i plugged in my C-pap to my computer and it didn't like it. My system wasn't hacked at all.
