This call bypasses all call-blocking by the Phone and by Verizon's Call-Block service. The call is received when the phone is restarted, or powered on. It shuts down service (phone and Data) temporarily, and even disrupts WiFi connection which then has to be restarted.
Knew my name. Claimed to be checking with an irs inquiry. Slurred speech.
Called at 3:00 in the morning by this number. Did not pick it up, as it only rang once, but a 3:00 in the morning people are sleeping.
