Cold called me and they acted like they had every right to my time
A Lisa called. Harassing call. Refused to state company name and pretended we were already doing a project together. Became irate upon learning that I don't own the house and demanded to speak to the owner to do repairs. The house is fine. Blocked.
On DNC and received unsolicited call from above number. Search shows it belongs to "Top Builders", El Centro, Ca. Blocked.
