I received this exact same voicemail today

Received call from this number to buy my house. Caller started his name is Jason. Reported as spam to Google.

Voicemail transcript: "Hey there, my name is Jason. I know this is kind of an odd call, but I'm reaching out to see if you would be interested in selling your property. We're actually trying to buy a house in the neighborhood, and I thought I'd give you a quick call. If you would give me a call back at 913-285-7210. That's 913-285-7210. Thank you."

I got a voice message from Jason stating that he wanted to buy a house in the area and to give him a call back.

I got the same message as above from Jason stating that he wanted to buy a house in the area and to give him a call back. We earlier I received a text message from 913-845-7636 with my address listed asking if I wanted to sell.

"Jason" left a voicemail from 913.285.7211 asking me to call him back at 913.285.7210. Stated that he wanted to buy my property. Sounded recorded so I did not call back.

Got voice message from Jason saying he was buying a house in the area and was interesting in also buying my property. Called back to this number and got an admin person who said Jason was the owner of this property buying company. She could not connect me to him, however she said she would give him a message that I had returned his call.

Called asking to buy my property. Suspected scammer

I received the same voicemail

A random guy left a message telling me he wanted to buy my house and property if I was interested in selling it. Unclear if it was recorded or someone actually talking.
