Still using this # to scam. More than a year after this thread started. They identified them self to me, a woman, as “University Gynecology and Obstetrics” they wanted to verify my DOB before moving forward with the call. I refused that I didn’t recognize the name of the business. I just figured Stony Brook or other would identify the name of the university in the business name. Also received the call at 8:57pm. Stay woke, they almost had me thinking maybe I could have a late medical bill..
You won the lottery scam. Nomoxxxx lists as debt collecter. Number apparently is used for multiple scams.
Person called seeking another individual. No idea who that person may be. Advised that I do not know anyone why the name stated. I have forgotten the name this individual inquired about. The call was odd. There was a delay upon the caller to respond. As though the was listening first prior to responding. Strange.
This number is a scam, they called asking for my name and after they proceeded to tell me that they’re bill collectors and when I asked for the name of the company that they were collecting from they were persistent by “identifying” the person on the phone and were asking me for my DOB & Last 4 of social!! BE CAREFUL! THEY’RE SCAMMERS! I hung up because I refused to provide my information. STAY WOKE
Finallly answer , ask for the person . I asked who it was the person just said “Argon”. Then asked what that is and they wouldn’t continue to answer my question unless I confirmed my name. Since I wasn’t confirming nor denying my identity, they just hung up.
