At least 3 consumers from North Carolina, Florida reported phone number 915-440-4777 to the Federal Trade Commission. 100% of the complaints reported call or text message to be a robocall or recorded message. The last complaint was on January 29, 2019.
I got the same message. I will not call them back. I will call SS myself to inquire, but almost 100% this is a scam. Don't answer and don't give them any info. Also... legal proceeding info is MAILED CERTIFIED to you, not called in and a voicemail robo-message.
