I received a call from 915-975-0729, Dynata. They claimed they were conducting a survey about music. I hung up on them.
When I answered a recording said that I need to stop whatever I am doing and call a different listed number immediately or legal consequences would be filed against me.

Yes, call and voicemail saying they were Social Security. I called them back and told them there call is a fraudulent call and they hung up.
