made unauthorized use of my credit card to by gift cards from Best Buy case number 228639894
claiming I have a court order appearance in Orange County, however used the wrong last name. only gave me another number and a fie number to get more info which i did not call.
His name is Daniel continues to call and harass me everyday multiple times on both my phones with numbers beginning in 619 either the last for digits changing when I block him.
This number calls me multiple times a day even though a) I am on the Do Not Call Registry and b) I have verbally asked them not to call me multiple times. No response to my request, they simply hang up while I am still speaking.
