Shanell, from a management group account that were forwarded to their office. Regarding a legal matter. However, they want me to provide my personal information to them before they can move forward. 916-776-6696 I believe that this spam or fraud, that is acting like they are from a law firm.

The same guy says his name is Jeremiah Zack, and he calls from another number saying his name is Richard West
send a text saying that my payday mobility account is severely past due need my attention.... THIS IS A SCAMMING
Leaves half of a message with just a phone number to call. If you were for real, you would leave an actual message and not just something that sounds like it was cut off, therefore only leaving a 10 second message repeating a phone number. Contacting the CFPB and an attorney. I am tired of this kind of scam.
"You are being contacted by Sierra MG LLC in reference to your account that has a significant change in status. Our client is exploring their last legal options. Please call us back at 916-776-6696." This was the message left.
Breaking multiple federal laws
If you could please contact our admin line as 90% of our environment is automated and you should NEVER receive a phone call like this. Period! We do not have live people elaving msg or making contact with customers. Our whole company exists around treating customers like consumers and not dealing with non-compliant phone calls. 716.482.1708 please call thins # and ask for Jeremiah Zack. I,m not sure if someone was using our CID but if the call didn't sound as if a non human was behind the message than it wasn't from us. Thank You

Contact your lawyer if the shakedown artist calls you, they use threats and illegal collection tactic when they call
