I have (916) 941-5298 saved in my contacts under the name SCAM. I have received about 75 calls from this number over the last couple years. It's obviously a boiler room scam. Initially for the first dozen times they said represented a company that is affiliated with PG&E and offered to do a complimentary energy inspection of my home to see what improvements my home needs to make it more energy efficient. I asked to be removed from their contact list. When the calls continued I asked for the supervisor or their call back #, they hang up. Not sure if blocking the number will prevent the calls. Anyone know who to report this to?
