My Mother a senior citizen had received a call from this number 916 283-4355, I listened from another phone on mute. Caller claimed she won PCH Sweepstakes, asking for personal information. Caller ID gave the name: John Nelson: 347 305-2599. Reporting to the FTC Dept.

Got a call from 917-283-4355 saying I had won a new car and a check from Publishers Clearing House and to call a Mr. Ford at the number )ext. 5) and he would give me the details as they were on their way to my house. Got a confirmation number (737698/PCH to give Mr Ford. . Called the number and got a recording to leave a message. No response as yet.. The number from the originator was deleted from my phone. This was the number to call.
