We received this call on our business phone from someone named Marshall. He asked for someone who is no longer employed with us. When I told him that he asked for someone else and I asked what the nature of the call was. He told me it was to send over ERP documents. Then he said my whole name and when I inquired how he knew my name he said he had researched the company and then hung up on me. I called him back and he answered the phone where I again asked how he knew of my name and he was less than helpful and wanted to talk to my boss to which I told him no. I asked to speak with his and he told me, it was only him but there was a room full of people talking.
I received a call in regards to software. I told him we were not interested and hung up. He repeatedly called our company 37 times in a row until I figured out how to block his phone number
This Indian guy calls a few times every week asking for a specific employee of ours, and when he's told that the person is not available, he asks for another name (we know he's pulling these names from LinkedIn). He once said that he wants us to try their software, and would I allow him to send it to us. I of course said no. Now he's calling and our gals who answer the phone are telling him to not call again. He then gets hostile and threatens to "f%ck her up, and "you don't know the power of man". I'll now be reporting it to the FCC & PUC. I'll update this post if I make any headway.
I received several calls from this number after I asked to be removed from their list. He kept calling back over and over again.
