Company policy dictates not picking up when Caller ID shows "VOIP CALLER."
Called my hotel this morning. Same story as others listed here. Kept calling back after I hung up and wouldn't repeat his message.
Called our resort wanting to make a reservation. Told my female agent he would only speak with a man. My agent told him no men were available today (only have one male agent anyway) authorized my agents to refuse his business. Sounds like some type of scam based on the above complaints.
Called to ask about the amenities to our hotel. Said someone else will be calling to reserve a room later and we need to assist him
He asked me to write down a message for a guest that was not registered at my hotel. Then asked me to repeat the message back to him. I said no I would not repeat and he got defensive and hung up.
Has called 10x over the last 24h. will not say the reason, wants to confirm my identity.
Claimed to be collecting for breast cancer research, pushed for immediate donation rather than providing a website where I could donate. Did not deviate from script even when my questions warranted doing so.
