I never answer unfamiliar numbers & have NoMoRobo. This was not a robo call but I assume that, since I am not familiar with the people who's number this is, it was a spoofed call, attempting to sell me something. My own number was recently spoofed and not only did I get over 20 calls in one day from my own number, but other people called me claiming that I'd called them when I hadn't.
