Says he's a contractor from New York. Tried renting us a house on Facebook Market Place in Louisville, Ky back in January. When we asked to see it before we filled out any form of paperwork or sent him money of any type he panicked and went on a rant about his family being sick and would get back to us and how he "wasn't a scammer and would NEVER think of taking advantage of people. We could trust him because he's a Godly man!" this guy is a joke and repeatedly text me from multiple numbers afterwards swearing he wasn't scamming people.

House rental scam on Facebook Marketplace under "Fatma Sayed," but "Ronald" (via text) wants $$$ sight unseen for "refundable" app fees, just to tour the place. I think not!
