Hispanic woman asking who I would vote for & which issues I was for & how strongly I was. She called me back 2 more times. Now I see it was 3 different numbers all with 919 area codes. not sure what was going on now !!
Feb.23, 2019 - Tel 919-980-4966 with female caller identifies itself as Christine and ask " Are you there?" just to leave a message. This is a Robo Call - Do not answer - Unsafe.
Called this morning. Let my answer machine pick up since I didn't recognize the number. Silence from the other end and then hung up.
Called in the middle of the afternoon, no conversation. On call back, recording said number was not in service.

Caller ID says "health advisors" but they have nothing to do with health. They had my name and said I seemed to be interested in furthering my education but they wanted more information about me first to see if I would be eligible. She was reading a script but finally stopped when I asked if she was a human being, so she actually was not an interactive recording but a real person. At that point I should have asked what they already knew about me and why they thought I might be interested. (I have a PhD and am retired and in my 70s so they are obviously selecting their targets very badly.) Then I hung up.
