Calls and doesn't leave message. Calls our number alot. We never answer unknown numbers.
Same thing happened to me. Asks for dob to confirm identity. Wants to offer extra benefits to medicare.
Caller said she was from my health insurance company and wanted to tell me about added benefits. I told her to send that information via mail. She then said the phone number she was calling from is on the back of my insurance card. When I looked it was not. I called the phone number on my card insurance card and they had no knowledge of that number.
