925-281-2961 is actually calling from 951-382-3561, this is a scam call and a harassment. They call continually.
I got a message that they were taking legal action for breach of contract. They do not say my name or say what company/firm they are. I will not answer these calls. Scam
call then hangups are known as a ping scam... Democrat politicians do this to get funding for their accounts. They want you to be as stupid as they feel you are and call the number back, which is then re-routed to an offshore exchange where they charge big bucks per minute, once you reach them, they put you on hold.
